Good Morning Bigger Pocket members,

I am a real estate agent in the New York City area. I am looking for a real estate agent/investor disclosure contract. This contract will let the seller know that I am an agent, and I will not be acting as an agent in this deal. I am interested in wholesale deal, subject to, and lease purchase deal.
