I am a real estate agent in the New York City area. I am looking for a real estate agent/investor disclosure contract. This contract will let the seller know that I am an agent, and I will not be acting as an agent in this deal. I am interested in wholesale deal, subject to, and lease purchase deal.

I am a new investor currently living in Farmingdale, NY. I am looking to specialize in lease purchase deals and I just started speaking to FSBO on craigslist this week. I have not done a deal yet but I believe I have all the tools to run my business. Do any of you more seasoned investors that live in the area have any advice for me with getting started?
