Emerging Markets for Flipping
My wife and I are preparing to start flipping single family homes on a full time basis. We have $150,000 to invest and we are completely flexible and willing to move anywhere in the country, wherever we can get the most ROI. We intend to live in the home while flipping it and do most of the work ourselves. We're looking to buy homes for under $100,000. We would appreciate any suggestions for emerging markets or any advice on how to determine the best markets for flipping in this price range.

I wouldn't look in DFW right now, unless you want to buy in C-class neighborhoods or below. You're not likely to find anything at that price point in good areas.
