Hello, I  still learning about -owner to carry contract set ups. I have been reading the post and looking at ads to see if i can understand whats going on. can across this ad and have 3 questions. Can you have it inspected first? Who draws up the contract ? Who all is allowed to review the contract?  ad said"

. i'm asking large down look at all offers take over payments be in first place no risk. total price for the house is $439.00 you will make payments on the principal balance after down payment.

This is owner financing or cash only There is not much left to do on the new addition can all be done with in $5000 there are new houses being built 8 in fact in my immediate area some play for the tune of close to a million .

I can hold the loan for 20 years . You will pay your own taxes and insurance for the duration of the contract. please leave your name and number and will call you back by evening. Thank you
for looking . You can refi anytime after you take possession of the house no pre pay penalties .

Thanks for your comments
