looking for a Partner to assist with first few deals

I am new to the real estate flipping business.  I have been an operations Supervisor for over 20 years and I'm tired of going nowhere.  I am looking for someone that will teach me the hands on training as i observe and take mental notes.  I have a group already sending me deals that are potentially good but do not know how/where to start.  I will bring the deals to you as long as I can learn.  If anyone is interested feel free to reply.  I am in the North Texas Area(Frisco, Mckinney, Denton, The Colony, etc.)

Hi Bill,

I am by no means a veteran but have a few under my belt. I try to stay in Denton county but sometimes find deals in Collin County. I'm a realtor and work with clients (buy and sell) but also use my license to sell our own flips. I partner with my Dad and we buy wholesale and remodel them and sell them in 90 days usually. We do buy and hold as well but in my opinion its extremely hard in the current market to find a good buy and hold deal. Therefor we are doing all flips right now until the market softens some and the market comes around. Like I said I'm by no means a veteran but if you have any simple questions I'd do my best to help. We also get listings from 5-6 local wholesalers daily but pick and choose what we think is good once I run comps. One thing I would say is don't trust the ARV the wholesalers give you. Sometimes they are right on but not always so its always best to do your own research on the properties.
