Creating your team

I have been on BP for a while now and one of the most important steps I've learned in real estate investment is setting up your team. Working for a GC company in DFW, I meet a lot of new investors who do not have a team set up. This can cause a lot of headache and delays in the rehab process. Remember, everyday is costing you when you are in hard money. With a great team, we can limit your spending costs together and help gain financial and/or rehab success.

Thank you,

Eddie

@April Sago We work as far west as White Settlement (west Fort Worth), as far east as Mesquite (east of Dallas), down to cedar hill (south of Dallas), and north to Frisco.
