Hey BP it's Monday and that means it is time to start off the week with a simple tip: Always have a professional check the electrical panels. Even if it has been relocated, check the junction boxes, you never know what kind of wiring might have been done by a previous owner or electrician. (Yes, that is electric tape).

Hey BP, just a quick reminder, be sure to always check out the roof when looking for investment properties. Just because the roof isn't that old, doesn't mean there aren't worn shingles or hail damage spots. Replacing a roof can definitely break the bank if it's unexpected.
