HI, I am about to make my first offer. I looked at a few different offers and also the ones from books and manuals. They are different, however, I want the wright one. I am looking to wholesale. Does anyone have an offer sample in Microsoft word document as well as Purchase Agreement for Massachusetts? Thank you in advance.
