Hi everyone, since navigating this site in April of 2015, I've been so determined to invest in the housing market. I just recently got my Real Estate license. Yippie! Yes, I want to do that full time as well. I also want to start owning a second home (buy and hold) by the end of March. Hopefully all works out (little action is better than no action). Anyone else in Central Valley, CA that is a real estate agent and investor? I'd love to connect!

 My interest rate on the house is already low too. Ill definitely look into getting an equity loan. Good luck on the guest bathroom! :)

Hi everyone! My name is Mai Holmquist. I'm from Fresno, CA. My husband and I own a home that we both live in for a couple years now. I want to use the equity of the house to help jump start my investing. Should I refinance the house or pull out an equity loan?
