Hello, my name is Devan and I am currently starting out as a young, new investor with little to no real estate experience. I have been studying real estate for close to a year now and I am preparing to start making deals. My main focus will be wholesaling like most new investors. I am currently seeking information about a few things such as: what to put into quality contracts for sellers and buyers and also making it legal, building a large buyers list and formats to use, and what are the necessary people to be in contact with in my local city when starting out. I know I'm going to start going to local REIA meetings in Memphis and Little Rock but want to start asking questions before I go and be active on the forums. I'm eager to build connections and build my real estate experience.
