NW Indiana REI Attorney and Accountant Recommendations?

I've been on here for about a month, doing my research and learning as much as I can. I'm getting closer to pulling the trigger, and figure it's probably time to talk to a lawyer to make sure I'm doing everything legal, and not setting myself up for any big surprises come tax time.

Does anybody here have any recommendations on a good local REI-focused attorney and accountant in Lake County, IN?

Tim if you're not part of NICIA (our local REI group), you should come check it out. We meet this Thursday in Merrillville at IN Wesleyan Univ 6pm. It's over there on the road with Outback.

If you're ready to pull the trigger, I am closing on a 4/2 in Dyer early next week. I'm flipping to an investor who wants to do some light rehab and have a solid rental w great ROI.
