Realtor Advice
Hi Everyone,
I am very new to this world of real estate and I have been tinkering with the idea of investing into a property to rent out. I have some money put away for this and I have been doing a lot of research so I know a lot of what I need to look out for. However I feel that first, I need to get a realtor. I am hoping to get someone who I can use for years to come. I was wondering if anyone had any advice or tips I could use of what to look for in a realtor and the best way to go about finding one. This may seem like a dumb question but like I said, I'm new at this, so I'm going to be as thorough as I can.
Thanks!
