Quick property question
So I am currently dealing with one wholesale company who so far has done a pretty good job at sending leads my way. We finally found a property that we want. Was going to pull the trigger, but now we found the pricing from another wholesale company at a lower price. Yes, same property lower price. The first company claims none of their pricing is negotiable. I was good with all of that until I found this property from another entity at a much lower cost.
Does this sounds strange or is this normal and should I move forward with the lower price wholesale or stick with the vendor who provides details when they do send listings my way?
