Hello bigger pockets family.

Anyone living or investing in South Carolina? I'm a beginner and I'm very upfront letting  everyone know that I'm here to build relationships and work with people here in South Carolina. If your from South Carolina, drop a line or two, and give me some tips on getting a hard money loan starting out.
