Wholesaling in Connecticut

     Hi my name is Charlie, I'm a new investor from Connecticut. I want to wholesale here in CT but I'm not sure if this is a good place to wholesale. Are there any wholesalers out there who have experience or advice?

However, I am sure other BPers will chime in, but, in my view your niche is not necessarily location specific. Obviously, in Connecticut there are other wholesalers doing the same thing that you are skeptical about and are successful at it, so, you will have to redouble your efforts with education, time, networking and determination, to be rewarded for what you do in any market.
