Does anybody know of any contractors in the los angeles area that can install anchors on the rooftop of a commercial building so we can have our windows cleaned?

there is no way around it, you could try and bet a business loan so you could have more capital. They usually make you put 25 percent when there are 5 or more units. 4 or less is still considered residential. What area are you trying to invest in ?

thank you, it helps because I will have the VA when I purchase the four-plex in Jan so I will not have to use any money down. I do have to live for 12 months though but im ok with that. I am looking now to what I want to get for my next purchase because it is going to be a commercial property. What do you guys think about business credit? Do you guys have any advice for me?
