Place to hang my license
Hello All,
I'm moving to Maryland in spring 09 at which time I'm going to begin my wholesaling career. I'm getting my real estate licenses in Maryland, Virginia and DC. I will need to find a broker where I can hang my license(s). As I intend to dedicate 100% of my time to wholesaling, I'd like to find a small broker where I can pay a flat fee to hang my license(s). I will not be doing traditional real estate agent work whereby my broker would earn a commission. Can anyone advise me on the following:
1) how I can find such a broker?
2) how much might a broker charge to hang a license?
3) are there many brokers in the DC Metro area that are licensed in MD, VA & DC?
Thanks,
Sanford
