Hi my name is brian I have done heating ventilation and air conditioning/electrician in the military for six years. My military time has come to an end and I am looking for a mentor who knows the trade of real estate. I want to learn the trade with multifamily investments. I am lucky enough in jan to buy my first 4 plex with no money down, but I want to start working on the second one.
