Lost a Little Wind in My Sail
I'm new to the active investing side of real estate. I found a property that would be a text book flip, and was really excited about it. I made an offer, that I thought was a really strong offer, however got beat out. I was so excited about it and the process, it was kind of a rush!
Since I found out I didn't get the deal, it seems to have taken a little wind out of my sail. Any tips for staying focused/motivated? Does the feeling of that "rush" ever go away and just become business?

I used to make 20-30 offers a week and might not get any for a month I know wholesalers and flippers who make a 200 offers a month. I just lost a deal yesterday at full list price . What was your question? Kidding you just have to move forward and not think about the one that got away Also it could be back on the market, it happens a lot so don't give up
