I feel a little overwhelmed by all the different types of investing. I have partners that are starting on this journey with me and I am wondering do we focus on one aspect of investing like wholesaling first get good at it the turn around and start another aspect to start expanding? I don't want to limit us but I don't want to be overwhelmed either.
