I feel a little overwhelmed by all the different types of investing. I have partners that are starting on this journey with me and I am wondering do we focus on one aspect of investing like wholesaling first get good at it the turn around and start another aspect to start expanding? I don't want to limit us but I don't want to be overwhelmed either.

I have heard some of the podcasts and I love the info. I am a new investor just starting with my wife our friends. We are going to start with the 22 action tips. Thank for the information and we will keep you guys updated.
