Apartment Hacking! in Jersey City NJ

So this month I did my first real estate deal! I hacked my apartment. I'm extremely proud of myself. Hacking my apartment I'm able to save about $900 a month in rent! Amazing.  If anyone has any tips on apartment hacking I'd greatly appreciate it.
