Getting started without any support from parents

so i have 0 positive support feedback , realistically 0 positives coming from my parents regaurding me wanting to get into real estate or anything involved except buying my own house. what do i do ? its reallly getting anoying and a little downer . i know i can be successful with it but im going to have to hear all about it along the way of if i do fail ect. has anyone experienced this or over come tthis ??

If you really want to be active in REI you will be not matter what anyone says. People in general sometimes have negative opinions about things that they don't understand.
