Hello everyone. My name is JD and i live in San Diego. Been reading this site for a while now and finally created my account. I have been interested in real estate for a long long time and I think finally I am going to start getting educated and try and do something with it since my IT job of 18 years is about to come to and end. I don't really want to be an agent but I still want to go through the motions and get my license just for the education and access to the MLS and those sort of things to eventually start and try to flip homes. Maybe condos to start out with.

Anyway, getting ready to enroll in the Kaplan OnDemand package and was wondering if anyone knew of any promo codes out there that could save me some money other than paying the full $499.

Hope to talk more to all you folks out here as I know I will be asking alot of questions in the upcoming months.
