Beginning my search for my first mobile home to invest in! HELP

Hey everybody, i have just recently decided to stray away from the college path and build my own future. I've been doing research for the past couple weeks and i think i'm going to start investing in mobile homes, mainly because i do not have a large amount of start-up money and they seem to be somewhat simpler than the other paths of real estate investment (If you think that last statement isn't true please speak your mind). I've found a few properties that could have potential, but i have zero experience and am not really sure how to go about selling the property once in my possession. Please reply with first mobile home sale stories, how i should go about finding buyers, and all the legal aspects of selling the home. Thank you all so much!!
