Entry points
Goal: Become a real estate investor or own a ground lease producing income.
Start: Some college edcation but jobless with over $100,000.
According to previous podcasts guests have recommended a newbie network with real estate investors and add value to a deal. This deal will build a relationship, trust, and can lead to more deals.
So far the entry points I can think of are get a real estate license and gain credibility. Can anyone suggest other career paths related to real estate investing for a newbie to make enough money to live off of until more knowledge and experience can be gained?

Become a landlord. Purchase a multi-family property, and live in one of the units. If done right, you can live for free/have positive cash flow essentially while renting out the other properties and even a room in your space.
