Checklist or the proper way to partner on a Deal
So I am sure this question has been asked, but:
What's the best way to structure partnering on a deal? I realize it has to do with the type of deal. So here is a quick breakdown of the deal:
- It's a small multifamily property with 5 unit property
- Property need about 20 - 30k in rehab
- We are both going bring 50% to rehab the property and downpayment.
Thought on how you would structure deal so we could refinance the property in a year or two?
