Hi Trina, although I am in South Florida I want to Welcome you :) Hopefully you can find someone in your area to team up with but in the mean time jump into the forums and get the answers to some of the questions you may have. Also listen to the podcasts, there are a few on Wholesaling that will really help you get going.
