Hello BP Community, how did you find your current real estate attorney? Should they be interviewed like you would a lender? Any advice please :)

When looking for an attorney, there are a few methods I would suggest using. The first is asking around your community and the fellow investors. They are sure to have contact information for who they respect. Another method is to use the State Bar's Lawyer Referral Service. They have access to a number of practitioners that specialize in the areas you are looking for.

Create a short list, talk to them all, and decide who you want.
