Does anyone have any information of areas around these city's that are bad to invest in, looking into family homes 3br/2b. Typical sizes if anyone has any tips I would appreciate the help!

Zachery, I would recommend planning a weekend trip out here to the home of the world's best BBQ! Identify 10-15 potential properties and drive the neighborhoods. Se if you  can find a local Pro BP Member to take you on a ride along. Just my .02
