1st Yellow Letter Campaign

Hi everyone. So, I've started receiving calls from my first yellow letter campaign. In all I've received about 15 calls in two days after sending out 100 letters. Of the 15, 2 have been a solid leads. Most of the folks calling are assuming I know their property address. When I ask them to confirm, their address, their attitude changes. Has anyone experienced something similar to this?
