Hello:

Currently I am a novice to the real estate industry. I'm currently reading and just educating myself in my free-time.  I'm looking for knowledge as far as starting out and the dos and don'ts.  Right now I am building credit and saving money but I have a hard time figuring out where exactly to start.  Can anyone give me advice, because I am ready to get my feet wet?

Thanks.

If your not sure where to start then, then you should start with more education. A crash course, a few articles, and a couple podcasts isn't really enough. Spend your time educating yourself even more! Read articles and blogs, listen to as many as you can if not all the podcasts. Read some of the business books that are recommended on the podcasts. Through all this you will eventually figure out where not to start, but to progress yourself into without losing money on a bad deal.
