Help to learn

I apologize if this is the wrong area to post this, I am still very new. I'm in the Dallas area and have been learning, listening to podcasts, watching webinars, checking out deals and crunching numbers and it's been so fun! If anyone in my area wants an extra hand to do random tasks or whatever you needed just so I could get some personal hands on experience. I'm personally looking to invest in multi-families, but whatever you do I'm sure I could learn from and I would be happy to help.
