I know this is a old post but I am just curious about the contractors you guys ended up using and how the projects went.

I apologize if this is the wrong area to post this, I am still very new. I'm in the Dallas area and have been learning, listening to podcasts, watching webinars, checking out deals and crunching numbers and it's been so fun! If anyone in my area wants an extra hand to do random tasks or whatever you needed just so I could get some personal hands on experience. I'm personally looking to invest in multi-families, but whatever you do I'm sure I could learn from and I would be happy to help. 

I don't have any informational input unfortunately I'm very new myself but I was recently looking at a 8 plex near my area but decided not to stick with it due to the location and how it looked. How is the location around your property? Seems fun and I'm excited to see the changes you guys will make. Goodluck to you!

Hello everyone, my names Hanna. im just getting started learning real estate, i have watched 2 webinars so far from biggerpockets and also read a little bit through the forums. A few months back i had tried getting into real estate wholesaling and after a couple weeks gave up. Im 21 years old, live in a apartment by myself, work as a server at a nice little place. I have also been selling cars for my father(he owns a shop) and made my first investment into a mustang to flip. I thought about real estate again one day and came upon the biggerpockets page(very happy about this) the community seems awesome, i love brandons webinars, cool guy. And all of it is free! Sorry for the ramble, just wanted to introduce myself and let you know what i thought so far. Are auctions a good way to get a good deal? Looking to go the route of a multi family and rent out. Tips, advice, criticism anything is appreciated.
