Hey! My name is Neisha. I am a wholesaler in the Indianapolis local area. I would like to invest in a mentor to help me get through my first few wholesale deals. If anyone has the time and willingness to mentor me I would greatly appreciate it. We all had to start somewhere and this is my start. Thanks in advance!

@Nova T.

Welcome to Bigger Pockets Neisha Tate. I saw your post, and I have done a mentorship program before. I am a full time wholesalerin Indianapolis, and enjoy helping people. I will tell you that wholesaling is "Not Easy" and it takes a lot of dedication & hard work to be successful at it, yet the wholesaling process in my opinion, is "relatively simple".  I am not sure if we would be a good fit, and if you want to send me a private message, and we can chat about what your needs are in your business, I can hopefully I can help you in someway.

One bit of info that I would encourage when looking for a mentor... is I wouldn't pay a bunch of $ up front to someone willing to help you, as if a mentor has your best interest at heart, they know that your $ is best suited to go towards marketing and your business. I would choose a mentor that only profits from your success (They would get a % of your profit in your deals). That way, your mentor will only make any $ off of you, if you are successful. That is my opinion. Others might say otherwise.

Thanks and have a blessed day.

Brett
