Can I get a property owners phone number from the County Assessor.

I have been looking at assessor parcel's for certain properties on my county's website, but I can't gain access to the owners info online, so I figure I have to go to the building and access it in person.

Would I be able to get the owners current phone number along with the mailing address etc etc....

Or is that info classified?

@Brian White I use white pages. I usually do a reverse lookup using the name of the individual and their known city and state. From there, I will be given a current and past address, as well as a phone number if available. It's free.
