Hello all! I just turned 21 years old this year and I'm eager to start my career as a real estate investor...

Right now i've been reading alot on commercial investing as it is more profitable and am wondering if this is the good place to start for a rookie or just start off in residential and learn the ropes there?

I am currently in college heading into my senor year and would love to start before i graduate college..basically i would like to start before i turn 25..lol

Any advice on books or anything would be HUGELY appreciated! Thanks!
