Hello all! I just turned 21 years old this year and I'm eager to start my career as a real estate investor...

Right now i've been reading alot on commercial investing as it is more profitable and am wondering if this is the good place to start for a rookie or just start off in residential and learn the ropes there?

I am currently in college heading into my senor year and would love to start before i graduate college..basically i would like to start before i turn 25..lol

Any advice on books or anything would be HUGELY appreciated! Thanks!

Hello everyone. I am new and learning real estate. I turned 21 this year and real estate has really interested me since i was 19. I recently recieved my real estate license to start selling rental properties in manhattan.

Eventually I would like to invest in commercial properties, but starting off small in the residential arena may be good for me at the moment. Do you guys have any advice for somone trying to get into the investment field sooner rather than later?

I'll contiune to read these forums and soak up as much information as i possibly can! Thanks
