Very first step
Hello BiggerPockets Family!
I am here for some advice. I have been reading books, listening to audio-books and podcasts and now I am here. Full of knowledge, goals and determination. Except I only have one problem, I have absolutely NO IDEA how to start! I know everyone says to just start, but I have no clue what to do here. What is my first step, my first phone call? Do I call an attorney, broker, lender, or bank? Or do I find a property first? Or I form an LLC or Corporation first?
I just need some advice on how to get this ship sailing.
Warmest Regards,
Matthew Fragassi

I'm with ya'!
I'm kinda stuck on a) how do you navigate the first offer phone call to make the deal happen and b) where do you actually get the contracts/forms that you and the seller sign?
I always read or hear thru podcasts where once people get a lead they just make an offer but I thinking "whoa what about that whole part where you have to have the paperwork in order and what do you really even say to the seller?"
I never really see any details about that part of getting everything in order paperwork wise.
Thanks
