Such as what, more precisely? Is it expertise in negotiation or real estate, finding off market listings through extensive successful marketing, secret lists of homes for sale that no-one knows about? From my point of view, and any other investor reading the post, there is a lot of interpretation left open with the word 'resources.'

If you've got something to give let the world know and someone will seek you out as opposed to you seeking someone else. A little change in mindset and how you market yourself may help you go a long way. I'm sure you've got some great resources you just need to capitalize on what they are, prove that you have them, that its something others need, and you'll be golden. Best of luck!
