Looking for advice/mentor in Reading, PA

Hello BiggerPockets,

I'm not sure if this is allowed but I was wondering if there is anyone familiar with flipping/wholesaling in or near the Reading, PA area. I am relatively new to all of this and would really love some guidance. If not, are there any good books out there on what to look for when purchasing your first flip or wholsale? I've been faithfully listening to the pods offered on here but still need some guidance.
