Top 10 questions to ask a mentor?

I think I may have found a mentor in my local market. Even though I spend a lot of time on BP I am still not sure what to ask. I really don't want to waste his time nor do I want to look too much like a fool. 

For those mentors out there, what questions do you wish you were asked by your newbie.
