Top 10 questions to ask a mentor?

I think I may have found a mentor in my local market. Even though I spend a lot of time on BP I am still not sure what to ask. I really don't want to waste his time nor do I want to look too much like a fool. 

For those mentors out there, what questions do you wish you were asked by your newbie. 

For those past and present newbies, what questions did you ask that you found the answers to be most helpful?
