Are all Reia's the same?

Hi, I plan to join a local REIA this month,wanted to know are there things I should look for that will set one reia apart from another. I live in Jersey right outside Philadelphia so I can go over the bridge. I looked at GPREIA, DIG and South Jersey Reia. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks
