@Bob Couture @Mike Hurney

I've just spent the last two days pouring through information on LLCs. I now posses a general understanding of what is involved! I also have a list of information and questions to go over with my professional advisers. That makes me feel better. How can I make good decisions or even know if my adviser is offering good advice, unless I understand the what, why and how?

I feel that to have success it's necessary to pair eagerness and enthusiasm with good sense and sound judgement. This way you neither lag behind nor step unknowingly into quicksand.

If anyone knows of a good check list, please let me know.

Thank you,

Candice
