question about march 25th 2015 blog
ok so I was reading March 25th 2015 BiggerPockets blog in the blog at the beginning it talks about that you have to 30% of the property before you can get another loan I'm not sure what they mean when they say owning 30% of the property can someone please clarify to me what exactly he is saying?
