Hello, from Tampa, Fl! I just learned of wholesaling and I'm ready to get started!!! I've seen several different contracts for buying a private property and several contracts for assigning the contract. Any recommendations for 2015!!! Any help or tips for this beginner are appreciated!!! Thanks everyone!!!!!
