Hello again everyone!!! I called An investor friendly title company today and they recommended I send the contracts I found online and plan to use to them for review and they'll get back with me. I did send those...I feel like I have an understanding of the process and I'm ready to make an offer but this is my first actual step to making an offer. (making sure I have valid contracts and a title company) Any advice on working with the title company??? I'm new to realestate and I've never made an offer or sold a property..so I just don't know what to expect. Hopefully they're very helpful but I don't want to seem lost when speaking to them...any help??? Anyone?! FYI: I'll be wholesaling...requiring simultaneous closings. And I'm writing to you From Tampa,FL!! Thanks everyone!!! As always any advice is very much appreciated!!!!

Hello from Tampa,Fl. I just learned of wholesaling recently and I want to start making offers within the month. Can anyone recommend any title companies in the area that will do simultaneous closings? Also, is there often a real estate attorney at these locations that you can run your contracts by before making offers or will I need to find an attorney separately? Ok.... One last thing for anyone reading this.. Do I just call the title company up, tell them what I'm going to do and go from there...or is there some other "formal" way of going about introducing yourself to the title company you plan on doing business with? Any help is very much appreciated!!! Thanks everyone!!!

I've seen several different contracts for buying a private property and several contracts for assigning the contract. Any recommendations for 2015!!!
