Denver Real Estate Market
Hey all!
My husband and I are fairly new to the site and are learning so, so much listening to podcasts and reading on the forums. We're getting very excited to make our first offer on a property. We are currently looking for REI minded agent. Given the hot Denver market right now, I have a few questions:
1--Do you think it's possible to buy a property that meets the 1% rule??
2--Is a property it still worth investing in if you can get it to positive cash flow each month, but does not meet the 1% rule??

@Lauren Barkley You might reach out to @Micki M. or she might chime in here now that I mentioned her. She has been having some success with short term rentals. She is also licensed and would be able to help you as well or at least point you in the right direction. She has helped several BP members.
