Vacation Rental Investment Insight, I am young and graduating college in May.

I am young and graduating college in May.  I do not know where I will be living but it will most likely only be for a year (I like to bounce around).  Therefore its probably not a good idea to jump right into buying a duplex and have to worry about selling the property and rolling over the money into a new property.  What would everyone recommend?

Also looking into careers but I don't want to go into corporate life, any recommendations on jobs to get into investing in real estate? (open to all suggestions)

My buddy approached me about going half with him on a vacation rental in Puerto Rico.  Any suggestions/insight about that as well?
