Going "Green"

Hi,

I am a new real estate investor and I was hoping experienced investors would be able to help me figure out how to set up a rehabbing business that focuses on going "green" and creating environmentally sustainable homes. This is a topic that has always interested me, and now that I am in the real estate investing business I figure it would be a good idea to gather information on this topic. I am investing in the Eastern Massachusetts region, and eventually I would like to expand. Thank you very much, and I look forward to hearing from you.
